Each class is allocated a 60 minute time-block during which, coaches will guide you through a combination of warm-up, skill, movement, workout, flexibility work and cool-down. To ensure the highest quality training standards, correct movement and technique, all our classes are capped.

We also offer set Open Gym times which allows members to utilise our training equipment and facility for additional training, the practice of skill/s or for additional personal development  outside of our regular classes.
